  Second Chance Development Computer Cyber Cafe is to encourage a love of technology and its role in our lives, to empower all students with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a digital world, to inspire creativity and to promote lifelong learning in a fun, safe and caring environment and to provide innovative, cutting edge technical training in the most flexible environment available.The goal is to provide a creative and safe out-of-school learning environment where young people from undeserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop new skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology.
